Wenham Affordable Housing Trust votes to convert 2A Dexter Lane from ownership to rental. Chair Huntley Skinner led the unanimous vote to authorize a Regulatory Agreement setting the maximum rent at $3,307 per month for households at 80 percent of area median income, subject to Select Board approval. Town Planner Margaret Hoffman flagged potential costs for the rental lottery process and said the Trust will discuss funding for 24 Cherry Street at its April 15 meeting.
