Board of Assessors approves prior minutes and excise tax report.

WENHAM — The Wenham Board of Assessors approved its February 3 meeting minutes and accepted the motor vehicle excise tax abatement report for February, each by unanimous vote of 2 to 0. Chair John Bucco and Vice Chair Patrick Waddell were present; member Lisa Craig was absent. Principal Assessor Therese Fontaine attended.
The Board then entered executive session under state law to discuss non-public records and review approximately 5 statutory exemption applications and 7 real estate and personal property tax abatement applications, and did not return to open session.
