WENHAM — Board of Assessors reorganized and approved a real estate tax apportionment at its August 3 meeting. Members unanimously reelected John Bucco as Chair, Patrick Waddell as Vice Chair, and Lisa Craig as Clerk. The board voted unanimously to approve the apportionment for fiscal year 2027 quarter one real estate taxes for the subdivided parcel at 7-9 Maple Street in response to a request from the attorney representing Essex County Greenbelt and One Tree LLC.
