WENHAM — Conservation Commission approved conservation restrictions for Streeter property purchase. The Commissioners voted unanimously to accept two separate conservation restrictions covering approximately 115 acres and 1.4 acres on Topsfield Road, with closing scheduled for May 27, 2026. The Commission also unanimously approved purchase of title insurance for the property at an estimated cost of $3,000 from the Conservation Fund.
The Commission continued the public hearing for Gordon College's Music Center project at 255 Grapevine Road to June 8, 2026, noting that peer review of the stormwater system has not been submitted.
