Wenham Conservation Commission cleared invasive weed treatment and imposed tree-removal conditions on home construction. The Commission unanimously issued a negative determination allowing Adam Ross to treat Japanese knotweed at 28 Batchelder Park with AquaNeat herbicide, subject to dry-condition applications only. In a separate decision, it unanimously approved an Order of Conditions for Thomas Carnevale's single-family residence at 6 Nicole Avenue, represented by engineer Bob Griffin, contingent on prior inspection and determination of mature tree removal within the 30- to 50-foot buffer zone.
