WENHAM — Committee seeks middle school input on Pingree Park courts. The Open Space & Recreation Committee discussed conceptual designs for tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts at Pingree Park and a potential name change for West Wenham Park to Higgenson Park. Clerk Maribeth Ting and Land Use Director Kate Mallory agreed to prepare survey questions for middle school faculty to assess community interests.

Residents Dan Beckman and Michael Lucy, both abutters, participated and proposed an in-person meeting at the park. The committee will continue both discussions at future meetings.
