Wenham Conservation Commission approved Gordon College's 28,000-square-foot music center. The Commission voted 5-0-1 to grant the Notice of Intent for the project at 255 Grapevine Road, with conditions requiring groundwater testing and potential stormwater system revisions before the full building

Wenham Conservation Commission approved Gordon College's 28,000-square-foot music center. The Commission voted 5-0-1 to grant the Notice of Intent for the project at 255 Grapevine Road, with conditions requiring groundwater testing and potential stormwater system revisions before the full building permit can be issued. Present were Chair Philip Colarusso, Vice Chair Kenneth Whittaker, and members Jackie LeClair, Leo Maestranzi, Asma Syed, and newly appointed David Miller.
The Commission also tasked Vice Chair Whittaker with reviewing the Planning Board's proposed update to the Subdivision Rules and Regulations.
