WENHAM — Conservation Commission continued its public hearing on a Notice of Intent for an in-ground pool, deck and fencing at 36 Monument Street, deferring final decision to September 28, 2026. Homeowner Andrew Noble and landscape designer Timothy Wong presented plans for the project, which sits partly within the 100-foot buffer zone around protected wetlands. Commissioners raised concerns about drainage to ensure pool water does not enter the wetlands, erosion control and stockpile locations.
The Commission agreed to schedule a site visit and will await input from the Health Inspector on a proposed porch cantilevered over the existing septic tank.
