Conservation Commission · Meeting of June 22, 2026

Wenham Conservation Commission extended review of Gordon College's proposed 14,800-square-foot Adamas Center for Music to July 13, pending stormwater peer review. Chair Philip Colarusso and the Commission unanimously voted to continue the hearing to allow review of the applicant's response to technical comments, saying a two-week delay should not impact the project timeline targeting completion by fall 2028. The Commission also unanimously approved a Certificate of Compliance for Maple Woods Housing LLC at 62 Maple Street, confirming completion of work under an extended Order of Conditions.

In a third unanimous vote, the Commission recommended David Miller's appointment to fill the Conservation Commission vacancy left by the departing Michael Novak; Miller previously served on the Conservation Commission in his former community.
