WENHAM — Finance Committee postponed FY27 budget votes amid $95,000 gap. Finance Director Jeff Soulard presented a budget recap to Committee Chair Phineas Sprague, identifying a remaining $95,000 shortfall. The Committee held H-W Regional and ENSA and T School budgets for further discussion, postponing formal votes to a future meeting.
Committee member Jared Ward requested a healthcare analysis for the next budget cycle to understand which costs are governed by statute and which are negotiable with collective bargaining units.
