Pingree Park redesign moves forward with community survey

Wenham Open Space and Recreation Committee advances Pingree Park redesign with community survey plan. The committee agreed to survey residents and conduct direct outreach before proceeding with plans to replace four tennis courts with two courts, three pickleball courts, and a potential skate park. Chair Ernest Ashley has presented the project to the Wenham Community Preservation Committee and Select Board and will present to Hamilton CPC as a potential source of funding.

Community member Chris Bevilacquac offered to obtain preliminary design and cost estimates if the survey demonstrates adequate public support.
