Trust Requests $100,000 for Dexter Lane Repairs

Wenham Affordable Housing Trust seeks $100,000 in additional funding for Dexter Lane repairs. Trustees voted unanimously to request Select Board approval for the additional funds as costs exceed the original $220,000 appropriation, with $143,120 already spent and approximately $108,000 remaining. The Trust also voted unanimously to transfer 2A Dexter Lane into an LLC structure and approved a $50,000 transfer from a Salem Five account to the main trust fund.

The Town received a $25,000 MAPC grant for developing a new Affordable Housing Action Plan.
