Wenham CPC votes $96,900 for Town Hall debt service after catching error. The Community Preservation Committee unanimously approved the increased amount after learning the original $1,900 recommendation covered only interest, not the $95,000 principal. The committee also unanimously amended Civil War Memorial Monument restoration funding, directing $2,000 from the Historic Reserve and $76,500 from the Budgetary Reserve Fund, after CPC Administrator Tom Dawley flagged insufficient budgetary-reserve balance.
