Wenham records four home sales in four weeks, with three of five topping $1 million
Wenham recorded four home sales between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, according to Essex County Registry of Deeds filings. Three sales disclosed a price, ranging from $975,000 to $1,235,000, with a median of $1,076,000. The period's top sale was 18 Kimball Ave Lot 8, which sold for $1,235,000 on Sept. 2 from Nicole E. Anderson to Joseph Merlin. A fourth transfer, at 13 Bruce Lane, did not disclose a price and involved a trust transfer within the same individual's name. With only four recorded transactions, the data shows limited volume for the period; no geographic clustering by street appeared among the sales.
