Wenham records four sales in late-September stretch, two family trust transfers among them
Wenham's registry of deeds recorded four property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26. Two carried a recorded sale price: 18 Kimball Ave Lot 8 sold for $1,235,000, the period's highest, while 9 Great Pond Rd Lot 13 sold for $1,153,000, putting the median at $1,194,000. The other two transfers, at 6 Wallis Dr Un 6 and 13 Bruce Ln, moved property into a trust bearing the same family name as the seller, and price data for both is not yet available. With just four recorded sales and half lacking price data, the period offers limited basis for judging overall market tone.
