Wenham's Late-Summer Home Sales Stay Limited to Two Recorded Deeds
Wenham recorded two property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19. The only sale with a recorded price, an $1,235,000 condominium unit at 18 Kimball Ave., Lot 8, sold Sept. 2 from Nicole E. Anderson to Joseph Merlin. A second transfer, at 13 Bruce Lane, moved the property from Robert E. Kerrigan Jr. into a trust in his name on Sept. 3; no price has been recorded for that transaction. With only two deeds and one price on file, there is not enough data this period to establish a market range, median or trend for Wenham.
