Wenham Records 11 Property Sales From $580,000 to $2.3 Million

Wenham recorded 11 property sales between July 17 and Aug. 15, with disclosed prices on seven of those transactions ranging from $580,000 to $2.3 million and a median of $1,570,800. The period's top sale was 9 Maple St., Lot 1-B, which sold for $2,300,000 on Aug. 13, sold by One Tree LLC to Danah R. Hashem. Maple Street saw three total sales in the period, more than any other street in the data. Four transfers, including one involving the Town of Wenham as seller and one moving property into the Hackett Family Trust, did not include a disclosed sale price. The data shows a mix of individual, corporate and trust sellers across the period.
