Wenham deeds show wide price spread as 11 sales close in four weeks

Eleven property deeds were recorded in Wenham between July 10 and Aug. 8, with seven of the 11 disclosing a sale price ranging from $580,000 to $1,850,000 and a median of $1,275,000. The month's top sale was 27 Parsons Hill Rd, Lot 28B & 29A, which sold for $1,850,000 on July 22 from Ronald S. Seger to the Lamont Family Trust. Maple Street had two sales in the period, the only street with more than one disclosed transaction. Four transfers, including two family-trust transactions, listed no sale price. With no prior-period data for comparison, the figures do not indicate whether conditions favor buyers or sellers.
